When you use our video analysis features, we temporarily process your uploaded videos to provide AI-powered coaching feedback. We also collect workout data, shot tracking statistics, and performance metrics that you log through the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve our services, including AI-powered video analysis and personalized coaching feedback. Workout and performance data is used to generate your Swoosh Score, populate leaderboards, and track your training progress over time. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and app features.

3. Video & Media Data

Videos uploaded for analysis are processed by our AI system to provide shooting form feedback, shot tracking, and performance insights. Videos are temporarily stored during processing and are not shared with third parties. Processed analytics data, including shot locations, scores, and coaching tips, is stored with your account to track your progress.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your performance data may be visible to other users through leaderboards and squad features if you choose to participate. Squad members can see your challenge participation and scores within shared squads. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research or analytics purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest. Account authentication is handled through secure methods including Apple Sign-In and encrypted email-based authentication with JWT tokens.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the app settings. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting coachogiv@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Swoosh Academy is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Swoosh Academy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
